In my work, I explore the inner dynamics that shape how I exist and relate to others. I begin from the tension between mind and body, control and surrender, and approach the self as a constellation of sub-identities: an inner child, a critical voice, masculine and feminine forces. Together, they form an inner community with its own relationships and conflicts.

I understand this inner microcosm as a reflection of larger collectives. The way I relate to myself echoes in groups, systems, and societies. For me, there can be no peace outside us if conflict remains unresolved within.

My practice is embodied and intuitive. I work with performance, sculpture, color, and resonance to make visible and tangible what often remains unseen. The body functions as both instrument and archive, speaking where language falls short. Drawing from biodanza, constellation work, and ritual practices, I investigate what is truly mine and what is inherited or conditioned.
XX
I question binary structures such as male/female and right/wrong, positioning myself in the in-between: not grey, but color. All Parts Welcome is an invitation to meet everything that lives within us — including what feels uncomfortable — without judgment.
